We’re looking for a Revenue Coordinator to help keep our Revenue team running smoothly and delivering a great experience to our schools. This role sits at the heart of our operations, acting as the first point of contact for enquiries, ensuring requests are handled quickly and accurately and supporting the day-to-day processes that keep everything running seamlessly. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being organised, proactive and making a real impact behind the scenes.
What you will do
Act as the first point of contact for inbound enquiries via phone and emailRespond to straightforward queries and triage more complex requests to the right teamsMaintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM (HubSpot)Support the Sales team with admin tasks such as updating deals, preparing materials and coordinating school visitsEnsure data accuracy across systems to support reporting, forecasting and customer experienceAssist with renewal workflows (e.g. updating records, sending reminders, preparing documentation)Conduct outbound operational calls (e.g. confirming event attendance, gathering onboarding information, scheduling appointments)Support our Marketing team with customer event communications (reminders, confirmations)Provide general administrative support to Customer Success and wider Revenue teamsCollaborate across teams to ensure smooth handoffs and efficient processesAbout you
