About this role

OBRELA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Junior Associate to support our Talent Acquisition efforts in delivering well-structured, accurate, and timely recruitment processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple tasks, following processes, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, while developing hands-on experience in recruitment and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Support multiple recruitment processes in parallel, ensuring accurate tracking of candidates and timelinesSource and screen CVs with strong attention to role requirements and selection criteriaConduct initial screening interviews using structured assessment frameworksCoordinate and schedule interviews efficiently, managing calendars and logisticsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Track recruitment progress, interview stages, approvals, and offer documentationPrepare and post job advertisements, ensuring consistency and accuracySupport hiring projects by monitoring deadlines, follow-ups, and action itemsCommunicate clearly and professionally with candidates and internal stakeholdersAssist with onboarding coordination and pre-employment checksEnsure compliance with recruitment processes, data protection, and internal standardsQualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or final-year student)Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot inaccuracies and inconsistenciesStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to manage multiple recruitment processes and priorities simultaneouslyStructured, methodical approach to tasks and problem-solvingClear written and verbal communication skillsConfidence in managing calendars, trackers, and documentationProficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for tracking and reporting)Fluency in English (native level)Nice to Have

Internship or entry-level experience in recruitment, HR, or project coordinationFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Interest in process improvement and operational excellenceExperience supporting projects and/or high-volume administrative workBenefits
