Position Overview:
We're looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Operator to grow our short drama content across Portuguese-speaking markets. You'll be responsible for selecting viral-worthy clips, publishing content, and optimizing performance across platforms.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow social media accounts on platforms such as FaceBook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.Review drama footage and identify high-potential clips with strong hook and retention valueEdit and repurpose clips using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut ProMonitor platform analytics and apply data-driven strategies to improve content performanceCoordinate with production teams and talent management to gather raw materialsStay up to date with trending content formats and audience preferences in the Portuguese-speaking marketRequirements
1–2+ years of experience in social media operation or content creationNative Portuguese speaker with conversational to business-level English proficiencyProficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent)Strong understanding of social media metrics (views, watch time, CTR, engagement rate, etc.)Excellent editorial instinct, ability to identify emotionally engaging and shareable moments from long-form drama contentStrong communication skills for cross-team collaboration
Nice to Have:
