• Qualified Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed College • Chartered or near chartered from reputed International professional institutions • Have relevant experience in the region of around 12 to 15 years in consultancy business working on highways and related features • Experienced user of design software like MX, Civil 3D, Bentley Open Road and AutoCAD. • Knowledge in highways design codes and standards. (KSA/Qatar/UAE/DMRB/AASHTHO • Experience implementing quality standards and procedures • A very good knowledge of working in all applications of MS Office. • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Evidence of having successfully delivered highway projects
