[What the role is] Join the School of Business Management (SBM) to shape future-ready HR professionals through Human Capital Management (HCM), career development, and emerging HR technologies. [What you will be working on]
• Design, develop and deliver diploma-level learning units in Human Capital Management (HCM) for both pre-employment training (PET) and continuing education and training (CET), using varied modes of delivery such as lectures, tutorials, seminars and e-learning • Facilitate engaging learning experiences using industry-relevant, technology-enabled and experiential pedagogies • Mentor and guide learners in their holistic development, including career planning, employability skills, internship readiness and professional growth • Build and maintain partnerships with employers, industry practitioners and professional bodies to support internships, industry projects and career development initiatives • Contribute to programme administration, academic quality assurance, learner development activities and school-wide initiatives
[What we are looking for]
• Relevant qualification in Human Resource Management, or a related discipline • At least 5 years of industry experience in HR, career planning, workforce development, or related fields • Experience in HR technology, AI, people analytics, or digital transformation initiatives will be an advantage • SWDA Certified Career Advisor (CCA) or Certified Career Practitioner (CCP), or experience in career coaching, career counselling, employability development, for young adults and professionals will be an advantage • Strong passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing learners for academic and career success. • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members, industry and academic partners
