Position Summary
Role and Responsibilities
Factory Setup & Project Implementation
• Lead factory implementation projects including production line setup, equipment installation, process validation and production ramp-up. • Drive factory readiness by coordinating layout planning, production flow, capacity planning and infrastructure preparation. • Establish production processes in compliance with company standards, local regulations and import/customs requirements. • Monitor implementation progress and ensure timely project execution. Factory Operations
• Lead factory operations including production, warehouse, inventory, material flow and logistics. • Drive operational excellence by improving productivity, efficiency and resource utilization. • Establish operational KPIs and monitor factory performance. • Identify operational risks and implement continuous improvement initiatives. • Production Planning & Supply Chain • Develop annual and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts and PSI. • Coordinate production schedules, material planning and inventory to ensure stable operations and on-time delivery. • Review production capacity and resolve supply constraints with cross-functional teams. • Optimize inventory levels while minimizing shortages and excess stock. Quality & Compliance
• Establish and maintain factory quality management systems and production standards. • Lead factory audits, certification activities and regulatory compliance. • Drive corrective and preventive actions based on quality analysis and operational findings. • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards and applicable regulations. Factory Partner & Stakeholder Management
• Lead factory implementation and operational activities with factory partners. • Coordinate with global teams, including HQ, Factory Hub, RHQ, TSE and factory partners to align production requirements, engineering changes and operational activities. • Monitor project milestones, factory readiness and partner performance through regular operational reviews. • Prepare management reports, project updates and business presentations. • Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams. • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related discipline. • 7+ years of experience in factory operations, production planning, supply chain or project management • Experience in factory setup, production operations or contract manufacturing is preferred. • Strong understanding of production planning, inventory management, quality systems and factory operations. • Excellent project management, analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure in a cross-functional and multicultural environment. • Fluent in English written and spoken. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
