Job Title Freight Forwarding Operator Department East FFW OP Group Time Type Full time Role Summary Managed end-to-end logistics operations across ocean, air, truck, rail, and C/C, including booking, import/export delivery, client settlement, and Cello Square operational setup. Led customer service and LSP management while collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues, monitor performance, manage systems, and continuously improve operational processes. Key Responsibilities Management of Operations (Ocean, Air, Truck, Rail, C/C All), Booking, and Cello Square Setting Part - Setting up new client operational structures - Customer operation management - Manage booking - Arrange import/export delivery operation - Confirmation of client settlement (management of tasks such as billing and collection) / Settlement Team Collaboration - Customer service management - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational processes meet customer needs - Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction - Managing logistics operations, including managing LSPs (Logistics Service Providers) - Tracking performance, system management, and process improvements
