Role Summary Handling deliveries, keep contact between the purchaser and forwarder. Key Responsibilities
• Discuss the actual shipment with the purchasers/ forwarders • Checking the previous day arrivals • Tracking the new shipments • Cargo organization • Managing the shipments in Cello/ FIS • Using internal systems • Checking emails • Ad hoc tasks which are defined by direct supervisor • Preparing statistical reports, ad-hoc reports
Requirements Qualification: College/ University degree Experience: 3-5 years relevant experience (air, ocean and road transportation) Other skills: Computer skills (MS Office), flexible, good problem solving ability, good communication skills in English (both written and oral), Korean language knowledge (read, write, speak) independent, precise personality
