Job Description: Job Description 1. CRM Lead Management - Monitor and manage all enquiries received through the Company's CRM platform, corporate website, events, email & social media. - Review, validate, and register incoming enquiries in the CRM system. - Categorize leads according to:
• Company Name • Country of Enquiry • Delivery Destination • Product Category / Product Requested • Business Unit • Industry Segment (where applicable)
- Assign enquiries to the appropriate Commercial Person-in-Charge (PIC) based on the Company's lead assignment process. - Ensure all lead information is complete, accurate, and updated in the CRM system. - Set a schedule to follow up with Commercial PICs to obtain updates on lead status and ensure timely CRM updates. - Align with the commercial team to drive a collaboration between potential leads with SD Guthrie to ensure a long term sustainable impact.
2. Cross-Functional Coordination - Monitoring the progress of all assigned leads until closure. - Follow up regularly with Commercial PICs to obtain updates on lead status. - Ensure lead statuses are updated promptly within the CRM system. - Escalate overdue or inactive enquiries to the relevant manager when necessary. - Track key milestones from enquiry receipt to opportunity conversion or closure. - Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance CRM processes and lead management efficiency. - Include the part where this role also include collaboration and highlight the partnership to drive SD Guthrie image and the success stories.
3. Reporting & Analytics - Consolidate and prepare monthly lead management reports. - Generate reports based on:
• Company Name • Requested Country • Delivery Country (Region) • Product Category • Business Unit • Lead Status • Conversion Status • Response Time
- Analyse enquiry trends and identify recurring market opportunities. - Develop periodic dashboards highlighting key customer and market trends. - Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, retention, and lead conversion.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Economics, Data Analytics, Market Research, or a related discipline. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM administration, sales operations, commercial support, market research, customer insights, or business analytics. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with specific overview on attention to detail. • Stakeholder management with good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with Commercial, Marketing, and cross-functional teams. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookups, Charts, and basic data analysis). • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word for management reporting and presentations.
