NeoWork is seeking a Back-Office Specialist to join the team supporting a US-based law firm's litigation and case management practice. In this role, you will provide behind-the-scenes administrative support to keep internal workflows, documentation, and scheduling running smoothly — allowing attorneys and intake teams to focus on their core work.
This is a fully remote, non-client-facing position. You will manage calendars, track legal deadlines, handle document organization, and ensure all administrative processes are completed accurately and on time. The role is best suited for someone who thrives in structured, process-driven environments and takes genuine pride in precision and organization.

Responsibilities
Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling across legal teamsPerform docket monitoring and track case-related deadlines and updatesHandle legal documents, including Bates stamping and systematic document organizationMaintain structured and accurate records across internal systemsSupport general administrative tasks for attorneys and intake teamsEnsure all tasks are completed in line with defined processes and timelinesProvide flexible cross-functional administrative support as neededFlag delays or discrepancies proactively to supervisorsRequirements
