Job Description Saint Luke's East Hospital is looking for a Lactation Specialist to join the dynamic team.
Position: Lactation Consultant Schedule: Part Time, 24 hours, Days
Must be an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant
Lactation Specialist serves as a role model consultant change agent instructor and facilitator in assessing learning needs and in planning implementing and evaluating the needs of the nursing mother and of the nursing staff related to lactation and breast feeding. Represents Lactation Services at Saint Luke's in providing education to the community as requested. Promotes and supports the professional practice environment maximum performance and quality patient care
Job Requirements Applicable Experience: Less than 1 year
Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Intl Board Certified Lactation Consult - International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners
Associate Degree
