Your Mission
We are looking for a highly motivated, service‑oriented student to join our IT Services team. The role reports to the IT Services APAC Team Leader. This position is a great fit for students or junior candidates who are curious, service‑oriented, and eager to gain hands‑on IT experience, even without prior formal experience in the field.
Position Details
Part‑time position – minimum of 3 working days per weekApproximately 27 hours per weekOn‑site role only
Responsibilities
Support employee onboarding, including setting up laptops, user accounts, software, and peripheralsProvide end‑user IT support and troubleshootingHandle IT requests through a ticketing system and provide on‑site supportDiagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issuesAssist with IT documentation, workflows, and internal guidesMaintain office IT equipment and meeting room setupsHelp manage and track IT inventory
Qualifications
Students or candidates at the beginning of their IT careerStrong technical orientation and motivation to learnBasic knowledge of Windows and macOSFamiliarity with Active Directory- a significant advantageBasic understanding of a corporate IT environment – an advantageExperience with ServiceNow, Microsoft Office, VPNs, and browsers – an advantageHigh service orientation, responsibility, and excellent interpersonal skillsGood English communication skills (spoken and written)Previous IT experience is an advantage but not required.
