Your Mission, To start from 1st July 2026

We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Operations Manager to join our Business Operations organization.

This role is ideal for someone with strong delivery management skills and an operational mindset, who thrives in fast-paced environments and can turn into measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery & Operational Leadership:

· Support and continuously improve end-to-end delivery operations across multiple initiatives, helping ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes aligned with business objectives.

· Apply and help maintain delivery standards, methodologies, and operational best practices across the Business Operations function.

· Help resolve complex delivery, operational, and dependency-related challenges by working with relevant stakeholders.

· Support alignment between business priorities and execution plans, balancing speed, quality, risk, and cost.

Portfolio & Programme Management:

· Manage operational and payments-related initiatives, including migrations, process transformations, regulatory-driven projects, and platform enhancements.

· Maintain visibility across initiatives by tracking progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.

· Support prioritization and sequencing of initiatives in collaboration with functional stakeholders.

Stakeholder & Cross-functional Management:

· Work closely with stakeholders across Technology, Product, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Commercial teams.

· Translate business objectives into clear delivery plans, ensuring shared understanding and accountability.

· Communicate delivery status, risks, and decisions clearly and effectively to stakeholders.

Operational Excellence & Process Optimization:

· Support initiatives focused on process optimization, operational scalability, and efficiency improvements within payments and business operations.

· Identify bottlenecks and root causes, contributing to sustainable improvements.

· Stay current with industry trends in payments, financial services, and delivery operations, applying relevant ideas to improve performance.

Governance, Risk & Quality Management:

· Support strong delivery governance, including reporting, meeting cadence, and decision tracking.

· Identify and help mitigate delivery and operational risks, ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulatory requirements.

· Contribute to quality assurance standards to support accuracy, reliability, and consistency of delivery outcomes.

Resource and Capability Management:

· Partner with resource and functional managers to support effective allocation of delivery and operational capacity.

· Contribute to a collaborative and accountable delivery culture.

Reporting and Executive Communication:

· Prepare delivery and operational reporting, supporting data-driven insights through KPIs, dashboards, and regular updates.

· Provide clear recommendations and options to support informed decision-making.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; Project or Program Management certification is an advantage.5+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Project Management, Program Management, or Operations roles within financial services or payments.Experience managing cross-functional initiatives.Strong familiarity with delivery and project management tools (e.g., Jira, PPM360, MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday, or similar).Experience working in regulated, high-availability environments is an advantage.Benefits
