Job Summary:
As a Technical Recruitment Partner, you will lead full-cycle recruitment across diverse technical functions including software engineering, data, product, infrastructure, IT, cybersecurity, AI, ERP, DevOps, and emerging technologies.
You will play a key role in building scalable hiring strategies, managing high-volume recruitment initiatives, and delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the tech market, and enjoys partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership teams.
Responsibilities:
Technical Recruitment & Strategy
Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple technical domainsPartner with hiring managers and tech leaders to understand workforce plans and translate them into effective hiring strategiesDesign and execute scalable recruitment approaches for high-volume and niche technical rolesBuild sustainable pipelines of top technical talent
Sourcing & Talent Engagement
Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, tech communities, referrals, and networking eventsBuild and maintain strong relationships with candidatesEnsure a positive and engaging candidate experience
Screening & Evaluation
Conduct thorough technical screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fitManage structured interview processes and evaluation frameworks
Process Optimization & Data
Optimize recruitment workflows using ATS tools and sourcing technologiesTrack and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, conversion rates, and pipeline healthUse data insights to improve hiring efficiency and quality
Market Intelligence
Stay informed about tech market trends, emerging skills, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practicesProvide hiring managers with relevant market insights and recommendationsRequirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (ideally with a concentration in HR), Human Resources Management or a related field. 2 to 4 years of technical recruitment experience, including hands-on exposure to high-paced environments and hiring for both high-volume and non-technical roles.Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)Strong understanding of sourcing tools and professional networksHands-on experience with full recruitment cycle management using various interview and evaluation methods.Experience using ATS systems (Workable and/or Teamtailor is a plus)Highly tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Teams, Trello, and similar toolsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsCustomer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clientsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailBenefits

Work Setup: Location: The Portal, SODIC West, El Sheikh Zayed Work Model: Hybrid – 4 days in the office, 1 day remote Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM (including a 1-hour break) Days Off: Fridays and Saturdays
