Job Summary:
As a Technical Recruitment Associate, you will support full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including software engineering, data, IT, cybersecurity, DevOps, ERP, and more.
You will learn how to source top technical talent, conduct screenings, manage pipelines, and support hiring managers — all while developing strong market knowledge and recruitment expertise.
We are looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, fluent in English, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: Sourcing & Talent Identification
Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other platformsLearn and apply Boolean search techniquesBuild and maintain candidate pipelines
Screening & Evaluation
Conduct initial HR screeningsAssess communication skills and basic technical alignmentCoordinate interviews with hiring managers
Recruitment Operations
Manage candidate data using ATS tools (Workable)Ensure timely follow-ups and positive candidate experienceSupport offer coordination and documentation
Market Research
Monitor talent availability and salary benchmarksStay informed about tech roles and emerging technologiesRequirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (ideally with a concentration in HR), Human Resources Management or a related field.6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience (preferred)Fresh graduates are welcome to applyFluent in English (written and spoken)Familiarity with sourcing channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, and social media.Basic understanding of full-cycle recruiting and interview coordination.Highly tech-savvy — comfortable with Microsoft 365 and tools such as Slack, Zoom, Teams, Trello, etc.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsFast learner with strong problem-solving abilityHighly organized and detail-orientedComfortable working in a hybrid setupProficient in Microsoft OfficeInterest in technology and technical rolesBenefits

Work Setup: Location: The Portal, SODIC West, El Sheikh Zayed Work Model: Hybrid – 4 days in the office, 1 day remote Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (including a 1-hour break) Days Off: Fridays and Saturdays
