What is the opportunity? The Structured Products plays an integral role in supporting the firm's key strategic client initiatives across Capital Markets.
Working Hours : 9.00AM -6.00PM
What will you do?
• Internal RBC collaboration to collate and prepare data analysis for Sales & Structuring Desk Head for management review • Streamline the workflow on the pricing and execution of Structured products for FICC and Equity offering. • Limited to structuring support only • No client-facing activities
What you need to succeed Must Have
• Solid understanding of derivatives and options markets, including pricing, risk management, and ability to structure basic option products • Deep knowledge of at least one market segment: Structured Rates, FX, Commodities, Credit, Equity, or Quantitative Investment Strategies • Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments • 3-4 years of related working experience Nice to have
• Programming experience in Python, C++, Java, or equivalent languages, in addition to VBA • Understanding of basic pricing models and quantitative methodologies • Proficiency with automation tools, including AI-enabled solutions • Experience designing and implementing automation solutions, APIs, and databases • Demonstrated ability to conduct back-testing and generate performance reports
