About this role
• Key Activities:
• To tackle all electrical breakdowns on his shift. • To liaise with outgoing/incoming shift technicians the state of plants. • To ensure maximum utilization of electricians. • Ensure cleanliness and safety at work. • Liaise with day shift electrical technicians and electrical engineer. • Carry out other assignments that may arise from time to time. • The provision of on the job training for all subordinate staff. • The control and discipline of subordinate staff. • To inform the subordinates of their job responsibilities and systematically appraise the levels of their performance on their jobs. • To communicate effectively with other supervisors on matters of organisational interest. • Advising immediate boss on up-to-date developments in one’s areas of responsibilities.
