Position OverviewWe’re looking for a Commercial Recruiter who isn’t afraid to get out from behind a desk. This is a hybrid rolecombining on-site workforce management with in-office recruiting execution.

Translation: You’ll start your day making sure people actually show up to work… then spend the rest of your day filling the pipeline so tomorrow doesn’t fall apart.

Daily ResponsibilitiesOn-Site (First 2 Hours of Day):

Report to assigned client site dailyEnsure all employees arrive on time and are properly clocked inAddress attendance issues in real time (text/call no-shows)Support employees with questions or concernsCommunicate directly with client supervisors and managementMaintain a professional, accountable presence representing QuickHireIn-Office (Remainder of Day):

Recruit candidates for open job orders (primarily light industrial roles)Manage candidate pipeline using ATS (Workable or similar)Conduct phone screens and schedule interviewsCoordinate onboarding and job placementsPartner with internal team to meet daily and weekly fill goalsMaintain strong communication with candidates and clients

What We’re Looking ForExperience in recruiting, staffing, or customer service preferredFamiliarity with an ATS system (Workable experience is a plus)Strong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentReliable transportation (this is non-negotiable—you’re client-facing daily)Comfortable holding people accountable (this is not a “soft” role)

Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or higher preferred)1+ year of experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer-facing rolesExperience using an ATS (such as Workable or similar) preferredValid driver’s license and reliable transportation (daily client site travel required)

Core Competencies (Non-Negotiable)Attendance enforcement mindset – you’re comfortable addressing no-shows and holding people accountableUrgency & speed – can move candidates from application to placement quicklyCommunication skills – able to deal with candidates and client supervisors without frictionProblem-solving – when 3 people don’t show up, you don’t panic—you pivotOrganization – can manage multiple job orders and candidate pipelines at once
