Duties and Responsibilities:
Video Editing
Edit short-form videos (10–60s) for TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube ShortsAdd captions, overlays, transitions, and branded elementsRepurpose creator videos into multiple engaging clipsMaintain quality, pacing, and consistency across all contentSocial Media Publishing
Create, schedule, and post content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and XResearch trends, trending audio, hashtags, and content anglesOptimize posts for reach and engagementSupport analytics tracking and basic reportingSports & Betting Content
Stay updated on sports events, betting odds, and trendsUnderstand basic betting concepts (spreads, props, parlays, picks, etc.)Draft simple captions that match sports & betting cultureOperational Support
Maintain organized content librariesTroubleshoot minor upload or formatting issuesFollow SOPs and iterate based on feedbackCommunicate clearly with U.S.-based team membersRequirements
Qualifications:
At least 1-2 years of experience in Video Editing and Graphic DesignExperience in Social Media management is advantageousProven experience editing short-form video content (portfolio-nice to have)Strong familiarity with CapCut and CanvaKnowledge of sports and sports betting (big plus)Understanding of TikTok-style formats, pacing, and trendsExcellent English comprehension and communicationHighly tech-literate and comfortable learning new toolsStrong attention to detail and time management.
