Qualifications Associate's Degree in Nursing Required Bachelor's Degree in PT, OT, Speech or other Allied Health Program Required
Work Experience 1 or more years Rehab experience. Preferred

As part of this process, identifies marketing goals, budget recommendations, key communications tactics, timelines; and outlines measurements and agreed outcomes that determine success. Participates in activities required to promote services to the regional business and payor communities. Responsible for responding to referral sources. Establish and maintains excellent rapport with all referral sources Establish effective communication with appropriate members of the medical community, discharge planners, case managers, local industry, and other consumers Facilitate all activities related to the admission process. Respond to internal referrals within 2 hours and external referrals within 24 hours. Accurately obtain information regarding patients eligibility by chart reviews, financial review, interviewing the patient to determine functional abilities, current and prior to onset of symptoms, and explain the Rehab concept to patient and family
