Duties and Responsibilities:
Participate in Lean / Agile / Scrum eventsAttend daily standup meetingsMonitor Agile board for assigned tasksCollaborate closely with key team membersUtilize Github for version control and collaborationInitiate work on assigned cards/tasksComplete software developments according to requirementsCreate and manage pull requests for code review and actively participate in code reviewsAddress and fix bugs identified during developmentDevelop and maintain backend platform on a daily basisWork on projects involving multiple services and technologiesDevelop new features from concept to implementationFoster collaboration and good communication within the team for efficient workflow
Requirements
Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or relatedAt least 1 years of overall experience in software engineeringExperience utilizing Typescript and NodeJS for backend developmentSome knowledge with Domain Driven Design, Microservices, RESTful APIsAbility to work in an Agile / Scrum environmentExperience with most of the following: Confluence, Jira, GitHub, and VSCodeExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbal in order to effectively collaborate and communicate with the teamA strong passion for learning and growthWillingness to take on challengesProactive in seeking feedback and continuous improvementInitiative-driven, with a desire to take on greater responsibilities
Advantageous Skills / Technologies:
Some knowledge in AWS native stack such as: API Gateway, Lambda, SQS, Dynamo, RDS etc.Experience in ReactJS for frontend developmentExperience with Python and DjangoExperience with PHP and Laravel
