Job Location SINGAPORE GENERAL OFFICE Job Description As a Brand Manager for SK-II, you will lead brand strategy and execution to drive business growth and long-term brand equity. You will own key initiatives from strategy through commercialization, working with multifunctional teams across Product Supply, R&D, Analytics & Insights, Finance, Sales, Design, Media, and external agency partners. You will combine consumer understanding, creativity, and commercial thinking to create breakthrough campaigns that delight consumers and deliver business results. This role requires strong brand-building fundamentals, outstanding project management, and the ability to influence diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced global organization.
Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end development and commercialization of brand initiatives, from consumer insight and strategy through execution and in-market launch.
• Develop compelling communication strategies and creative campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Translate consumer, market, and competitive insights into clear brand opportunities and growth strategies.
• Build integrated marketing plans across media, social, PR, retail, and eCommerce to maximize business impact.
• Lead creative development, including campaign concepts, content production, asset development, and toolkit creation.
• Drive excellence in commercialization by partnering with markets to ensure successful launch execution.
• Monitor business performance and campaign effectiveness, using data and analytics to optimize in-market execution.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional workstreams to deliver initiatives on time and within budget.
• Influence senior stakeholders and build alignment across multifunctional teams and external agencies.
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong understanding of brand management principles, consumer insights, and marketing strategy.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and timelines.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business performance and consumer data to inform decisions.
• Strong understanding of the China beauty consumer, with knowledge of cultural trends, and the China digital ecosystem (e.g., Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Tmall, JD.com)
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
Preferred
• Experience in prestige beauty, skincare, luxury, FMCG, or consumer brands.
• Experience across digital marketing, social media, and eCommerce ecosystems.
• Global or regional marketing experience.
• Passion for consumer-centric innovation and premium brand building.
