We are looking for a Senior / Lead Backend Developer who can take ownership of complex backend systems, drive architectural decisions, and build scalable fintech infrastructure.
ResponsibilitiesLead development of a cryptocurrency payment gateway and related financial servicesDesign and implement high-load, scalable backend architecturesOwn integration and orchestration of multiple third-party payment providersDrive technical decisions and architecture design across servicesBuild and maintain microservices infrastructure with clear separation of concernsOptimize system performance under heavy load (latency, throughput, fault tolerance)Participate in system design, data modeling, and load calculationsCollaborate with product, DevOps, and other teams to deliver reliable solutionsMentor engineers and influence engineering standards and best practicesRequirements
