Bridge Crest Post Acute Wage: $32–$44 per hour

Responsibilities: • Provide quality nursing care to residents • Administer medications and treatments • Monitor and document resident conditions • Communicate with residents, families, and the care team • Follow all nursing and safety standards
Qualifications: • Current LPN license • Compassionate and dependable • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Long-term care experience preferred
