Responsibilities
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) • Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene • Support residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation • Take and document vital signs • Observe and report changes in resident conditions • Assist with meal service and hydration • Provide compassionate emotional support to residents and families • Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary care teams • Maintain accurate documentation and resident records Qualifications
