We're seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee and run day-to-day operations end-to-end.
This is a high-ownership, operator role, ideal for someone who has worked closely with founders or leadership teams and can independently manage and scale store operations. You will be responsible for the full order-to-delivery pipeline, customer operations, and team coordination.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily Shopify store operations end-to-end Oversee the full order lifecycle: order intake → production → fulfillment → delivery Coordinate with suppliers, production teams, and fulfillment partners Manage customer operations, including issue resolution and communication Lead and manage a small remote/offshore team Implement and optimize operational processes and workflows Ensure order accuracy, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction Support project management initiatives across operations and fulfillment Collaborate with leadership to scale operations and improve efficiencyRequirements
Hands-on Shopify operations experience (a must)Experience in B2B e-commerce environments (bulk/custom orders)Proven ability to manage fulfillment coordination and logisticsExperience managing customer operations and post-purchase workflowsStrong organizational and project management skillsExperience working in a $3M+ revenue e-commerce brandAbility to operate as a generalist across operationsExperience managing remote or offshore teamsStrong problem-solving and process improvement mindsetPrint-on-demand or custom product experienceFamiliarity with tools such as: Klaviyo, Close CRM or similar e-commerce/CRM platformsExperience scaling operations in growing brands
