As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction and driving successful talent placements across key accounts. You will be the primary liaison between clients, candidates, and internal teams, supporting the entire recruitment lifecycle and contributing to the growth of our staffing services.
Key responsibilities include:
Build and maintain relationships with key client accounts to drive satisfaction and retentionServe as the primary point of contact between clients and candidates throughout the hiring processLiaise between clients, candidates, and internal teams (recruitment, operations, leadership) to align on needs and expectationsFacilitate communication and gather feedback during client interviewsMonitor the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned accounts to ensure timely progress and quality deliveryPartner with recruiters to match talent to client needs and ensure successful placementsIdentify account growth opportunities and collaborate with sales to expand staffing servicesTrack and analyze account performance metrics and provide recommendationsLead contract renewals and support negotiationsPrepare and deliver client reports, updates, and presentationsProactively resolve client and candidate concernsManage account budgets and ensure financial targets and margins are achievedConduct regular client check-ins on performance, hiring progress, and workforce strategyRequirements
Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree2+ years of experience in account management, staffing, recruiting, or a client-facing role within the staffing industry2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experienceFamiliarity with ATS/CRM and recruitment or account management toolsComfortable using Hubstaff or a comparable time-tracking productivity toolSolid understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and staffing processesBusiness-fluent English proficiencyAbility to work as an independent contractor and manage own taxes and social security contributionsAvailability to work during U.S. Eastern Time (ET) business hoursPreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting contract renewals or contract negotiationsCurrently based in the Philippines, Nicaragua, El Salvador, or GuatemalaBenefits
