We’re looking for a Social Media & Community Manager who is deeply involved in the creator space and understands how to build and grow content-driven communities.
This role is ideal for someone who not only manages social media but also actively creates content, stays on top of trends, and knows what performs because they’ve done it themselves.
Key Responsibilities
Manage company social media accounts (posting Reels, Stories, and short-form content)Respond to comments and DMs in a timely and brand-aligned mannerMonitor social media trends and turn them into content opportunitiesCreate or collaborate on engaging, trend-driven content (especially short-form video)Analyze performance and optimize content based on resultsBuild and engage an active online communityRequirements
Experience managing social media accounts and engaging with communities Hands-on experience creating content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube Strong understanding of trends, hooks, and short-form content formats Proven ability to grow or manage social media accounts (personal or professional) Strong written communication skills Content research and trend awareness Comfortable working with NSFW contentBenefits
