About the OpportunityValsoft is offering a structured internship within our European M&A team, with the role based in France, Germany, or another European country.
This opportunity is open to students enrolled in a university degree programme in France, Germany, or another European country where an internship or work placement forms part of their academic curriculum (e.g. stage, Pflichtpraktikum, or equivalent).
Valsoft acquires and grows vertical market software businesses globally. Since 2015, we have completed over 130 acquisitions and operate in 20+ countries with more than 4,000 employees. Our long-term investment model provides direct exposure to active, real-world M&A transactions.
This placement offers supervised, hands-on experience across the M&A lifecycle in a fast-paced investment environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesUnder supervision, you will:
