Innovative Electronic & Electromagnetic Devices Laboratory (i–Lab@NTU) led by Prof. Mohammad Samizadeh Nikoo is seeking for a research assistant. The role will focus on fabrication, simulation, and characterization of high-speed nano-devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experimental characterization, simulation, and analysis of ultrafast devices.

• Design of ultrafast circuits operating based on i–Lab innovative devices.

• Providing general research support to i–Lab@NTU.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field

• Familiarity with micro and nano device fabrication and characterization

• Proficiency in fundamentals of electrical engineering, in particular electromagnetics theory and numerical techniques

• Good written and oral communication skills
