The postdoctoral fellow will work in a laboratory that was one of the pioneers in the field of neuromorphic computing, and one that has influenced today’s widely used AI products.

We are looking for a Postdoctoral Fellow to lead research on AI training algorithms. The role will focus on developing AI algorithms (especially for training) aimed at post-digital hardware. Specifically, the project targets numerical and local learning algorithms beyond backpropagation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Defining detailed experimental steps.
• Conducting experiments
• Reporting of results in publications
• Presentations at major conferences
Job Requirements:
• PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experiences in a similar role with hands-on experience in AI algorithms, including experience gained during PhD
• Familiarity with neuromorphic computing and AI models
• Good written and oral communication skills, with papers published in leading conferences or journals
