Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Designer to lead and elevate our visual communications across the Asia region. This role is ideal for a strategic, detail-oriented designer who understands the demands of a fast-paced financial trading environment and can translate complex financial concepts into clear, compelling, and compliant visual solutions.

You will play a key role in shaping regional creative output while ensuring alignment with global brand standards and local market nuances.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of creative assets for the Asia market across digital, print, and motion where applicableTranslate complex financial and trading concepts into clear, engaging, and brand-consistent visualsCollaborate closely with regional marketing, product, and trading teams to support campaigns, product launches, and ongoing communicationsEnsure all creative output adheres to brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and regional compliance standardsAdapt global creative concepts for local markets, accounting for cultural, language, and market-specific considerationsMentor and provide creative guidance to agency designers or regional partners where requiredManage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing speed, accuracy, and quality in a deadline-driven environmentProactively contribute to the evolution of the brand by identifying opportunities to improve design systems, templates, and workflowsQualificationsEssential:

6–8+ years of professional design experience, ideally within financial services, fintech, trading, or similarly regulated industriesFluency in English and ChineseStrong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design across digital, branding, and marketing materialsExpert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, Canva); motion or video tools are a plusStrong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand systemsExperience working with regional or international markets; familiarity with Asia-Pacific audiences is highly desirableAbility to work effectively with stakeholders across time zones and culturesExcellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions clearlyDesired:

Experience working in a trading, investment, or financial markets environmentKnowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations in financial marketingExperience with design systems and scalable brand frameworksFamiliarity with digital product or UI design is an advantage
