Role OverviewWe are looking for a Cisco Network & Security Engineer with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset. This role combines networking and security responsibilities, supporting internal infrastructure and project-based work. The position is not client-facing on a daily basis and is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently in a remote environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities Configure and maintain network infrastructure (routing and switching) Set up, manage, and optimize firewall and security systems Perform ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and reconfiguration of network environments Support internal technical projects and infrastructure improvements Ensure network performance, reliability, and security standards
Requirements 1–3 years of professional experience in networking and/or security Strong hands-on experience with: Cisco networking (routing and switching) Firewall and network security solutions Solid troubleshooting skills and practical, problem-solving mindset Ability to work independently in a remote/project-based setup Fluent English (written and spoken) Based in EuropeBenefits
