As Chief Train Steward, you will oversee all stewarding operations, liaise closely with culinary and service teams, and be the guardian of our distinguished standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire the stewarding team to deliver exceptional service with enthusiasm and professionalism.Ensure all guest areas and carriages are impeccably prepared, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.Collaborate with culinary and service departments to coordinate seamless dining and hospitality experiences.Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere by engaging with guests and personalizing their journey.Manage inventory and supplies diligently to support smooth daily operations.Maintain vigilant adherence to safety and hygiene protocols throughout the train.Requirements

Your Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience in a similar stewarding or hospitality leadership role, ideally within luxury train or hospitality settings.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.Exceptional customer service aptitude, with a genuine passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service standards.Ability to remain calm and resourceful in a fast-paced environment.Mandatory knowledge of English.
