Job Overview:We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Content Creator & Social Media Marketing Specialist to develop engaging content and manage social media platforms. This role requires a strong eye for design, trends, and storytelling, along with the ability to analyze performance and optimize content strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Create and publish high-quality content (graphics, videos, captions) across social media platforms Plan and execute content calendars aligned with brand goals Edit short-form videos using tools like CapCut and similar platforms Design visual assets using Canva Schedule and manage posts using Rella or similar social media tools Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build audience interaction Track and report content performance using Google Sheets and Excel Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices Collaborate with team members to align content with marketing campaigns
Requirements
Requirements: Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation Proficiency in: Rella Canva CapCut Google Sheets Microsoft Excel Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) Basic knowledge of analytics and performance tracking Creative mindset with strong attention to detail Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in video editing and short-form content creation Familiarity with social media scheduling tools Background in digital marketing, communications, or related field
