Job Overview:
We’re helping our client,, a premium golf brand based in Amsterdam, find a Video Editor to produce high-quality, social-first content that defines how the brand is experienced globally.
In this role, you’ll translate creative and performance briefs into polished video content across organic and paid channels. You’ll own the editing process end-to-end, from pacing and storytelling to color grading and sound design, ensuring every piece reflects a premium, design-led brand.
This is a high-impact role within a fast-moving, ambitious team, where your work will directly shape how the brand is perceived as it scales across Europe and expands into the US.
Responsibilities:
Social-first Editing (Primary Focus)
Edit high-volume short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube ShortsTranslate performance briefs into paid ad creatives (hooks, variants, formats)Produce multiple variations for creative testingCut and refine UGC into polished, on-brand content
Creative Execution & Storytelling
Make strong editing decisions (pacing, structure, music, sound design)Select and integrate music aligned with a premium brand aestheticSource stock footage, imagery, and audio when neededCreate and integrate AI-generated voiceovers
Motion Graphics & Visuals
Add text overlays, captions, and kinetic typographyCreate reusable motion templates (lower thirds, transitions, product highlights)Deliver clean, minimal motion work aligned with brand identity
Color Grading
Apply consistent, premium color grading across all contentMatch footage from different sources into a cohesive visual styleHelp develop and maintain Kaddey’s visual grading standard
Workflow & Collaboration
Manage feedback cycles via Frame.ioMaintain organized project files and asset librariesCommunicate timelines clearly and flag blockers early

Strong portfolio of short-form social content demonstrating pacing, hook structure, and premium brand sensibilityProven ability to convert performance creative briefs into paid ad variantsColour grading proficiency; produces a consistent, premium look across mixed footageFrame.io proficiency; primary async review and collaboration tool; non-negotiableSolid motion graphics; text animations, kinetic typography, overlays in After EffectsStrong instinct for music and sound; selects tracks and sound design that match a premium aestheticExperience sourcing stock footage, imagery, and audio assetsAbility to create and direct AI-generated voiceoversProficient in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve; fast, organised, consistent at high volumeActive golfer, plays regularly, understands the game and what the experience on the course meansStrong aesthetic sensibility for a premium brand; knows the difference between an edit that earns trust and one that undermines itFluent English, written and spoken to a professional standard
