Key Responsibilities Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across multiple stakeholders Organize priorities, track follow-ups, and support day-to-day administrative workflows Support internal and external communication on behalf of leadership Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment and timely execution Prepare documentation, take meeting notes, and track action items Help leadership stay organized, focused, and efficient in a fast-moving environment
What Success Looks Like Leadership calendars are optimized and running smoothly Priorities, tasks, and follow-ups are consistently tracked and executed Communication is clear, timely, and well-coordinated Administrative workflows are efficient and well-organized Leadership is able to focus on high-impact work without operational friction Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar support role Strong written and verbal English communication skills Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting leadership in startup or high-growth environments Comfortable working across multiple time zones Strong communication skills with excellent follow-through
