Job Title: Ecommerce Manager (Amazon, TikTok Shop & Temu)
Job Type: Full-time; Remote
Working Hours: M-F PST
Scope of the Role:
The Ecommerce Manager will own and scale marketplace operations across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Temu. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, optimising product listings, managing paid acquisition, and ensuring operational excellence across all channels.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and optimise product listings across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and TemuOwn marketplace performance, including revenue, conversion rates, and profitabilityPlan and execute product launches and scaling strategies across all platformsManage Amazon PPC and TikTok Ads campaigns, optimising for ROAS and growthAnalyse performance data and generate actionable insights to improve KPIsCollaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing assets (UGC, ads, PDP content)Coordinate with supply chain and operations to ensure stock availability and forecasting accuracyStay updated on marketplace trends, algorithm changes, and growth opportunitiesTest and implement new growth channels and strategies
Requirements
3–6+ years of experience in eCommerce or marketplace managementProven track record managing Amazon, TikTok Shop, and/or Temu storesStrong analytical skills and data-driven decision-makingExperience with paid media (Amazon PPC, TikTok Ads)Ability to manage multiple channels in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and project management skillsFluent in English
