Role Overview:We’re looking for an Admin Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Celigo integrator.io and a proven track record of delivering multiple end-to-end system integrations. This is not a “support-only” role—you’ll be expected to design, implement, optimize, and own integrations across business-critical systems.
If your experience is limited to monitoring flows or making minor tweaks, this role is not a fit.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and deploy integrations using Celigo (integrator.io) across ERP, CRM, and eCommerce systemsLead end-to-end implementation cycles: requirements → mapping → build → testing → deployment → post-go-live supportTroubleshoot and resolve integration failures, data sync issues, and performance bottlenecksDevelop and maintain data mappings, transformations, and workflowsManage API integrations (REST/SOAP), webhooks, and middleware logicCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Ops, Finance, Sales, Tech) to translate business needs into scalable integrationsDocument integration architecture, processes, and SOPsEnsure data integrity, security, and system reliability across all integrationsRequirements3+ years of experience working with Celigo (integrator.io) or similar iPaaS tools (Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft)Proven experience delivering multiple full-cycle implementations (not just maintenance)Strong understanding of API integrations, JSON/XML, and data transformation logicExperience integrating systems like NetSuite, Salesforce, Shopify, Amazon, or similarAbility to debug complex workflows and identify root causes quicklyStrong documentation and process design skills
