SCOPE OF THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a sharp, client-facing Account Manager who thrives in fast-paced agency environments, owns client outcomes end-to-end, and operates effectively under ambiguity. This is a high-impact role focused on client retention, strategic execution, and delivering measurable performance across paid social campaigns.
You’ll act as the central hub between clients and internal teams—owning communication, driving strategy, and ensuring seamless execution across multiple accounts. This is not a passive account management role—you are expected to think strategically, challenge assumptions, and proactively drive results.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own and manage a portfolio of 20 client accounts, ensuring retention and long-term growthServe as the primary point of contact for all client communication and relationship managementLead client calls, including performance reviews, strategy discussions, and campaign planningDevelop and refine paid social strategies, with a strong focus on Meta platformsTranslate performance data into clear, actionable insights and recommendationsCollaborate cross-functionally with design, ad operations, and analytics teams to execute campaignsManage creative production workflows, ensuring timely delivery of assetsSet clear expectations with clients and proactively communicate updates, risks, and opportunitiesIdentify performance gaps and proactively adjust strategy to improve outcomesBalance multiple priorities and deadlines across a high volume of accountsAct as the internal “translator” between client needs and execution teamsContribute to improving internal processes, reporting, and client experience
REQUIREMENTS:
3 years of experience in paid social advertising, with deep expertise in Meta AdsStrong client-facing experience in a marketing agency environmentProven experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously (high-volume portfolio preferred)Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.)Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbalHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to operate in ambiguous, fast-changing environmentsExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, media buying, analytics)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically under pressure
NICE TO HAVE:
Experience working with legal, SaaS, or B2B clientsExposure to multi-channel campaigns (CTV, audio, programmatic, etc.)Experience with data/reporting tools and dashboardsFamiliarity with creative testing frameworks and performance optimization
