Their platform supports customer acquisition, conversion, and retention across the full funnel. Operating in a product-led, high-growth environment, they emphasize experimentation and building scalable growth systems.

They are hiring a Head of Growth to lead strategic initiatives across customer acquisition, activation, and market expansion. This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically, execute quickly, and collaborate cross-functionally in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and drive the overall growth strategy across key acquisition channels Identify opportunities for acquisition, conversion, retention, and expansion Build, execute, and optimize full-funnel growth initiatives Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, customer success, and leadership teams Define and refine messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies Develop scalable growth systems, processes, and experimentation frameworks Support community, partnerships, and brand-led growth initiatives where relevant

Qualification:

Proven experience in growth, demand generation, or strategic marketing within SaaS Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities Experience owning end-to-end (full-funnel) growth Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management Ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution Strong communication and collaboration skills Comfortable working in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments High ownership and accountability mindset Hands-on experience with: Analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, Tableau) CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) Marketing automation & performance tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing platforms, attribution tools) Nice-to-Have Skills Exposure to creator economy, TikTok Shop, or e-commerce businesses Experience working with content-driven or community-led growth strategies Proven track record of building growth systems from scratch
