Distribution Program Manager (B2B+B2C)- - - - - - - - - - - -
• Establish a Territory diagnostic and identify key trends in market the sell-out
• Elaborate tactics to address his perimeter (market, channel, geography, …)
• Identify and recruit new channel partners in line with the Region orientations
• Conduct business reviews, steer and make corrective action as appropriate
• Develop and animate the partnership
• Create documentation and tailor programs by customers
• Ensure proper allocation of resources to optimize Michelin & partner’s performance consistently with distribution strategy
• Provide customer/partners with regular communications and updates that pertain to their businesses, appropriate training solutions to partners, measure its performance and propose corrective actions.
• Manage assigned projects by ensuring programs are in line with customer specifications and requirements, Execute “hand-off” to stakeholders
• Promotes and valorize the Sell Out approach with selected customers and sales forces to reinforce Michelin & Partner’s respective performance.
• Follows customer satisfaction and contributes to identify actions to improve it.
