About this role

Hourly rate: £21.50

Electrician Location: Dundee & Angus Contract: Permanent, Full-time Salary: £21.50 an hour, plus company van & fuel card Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

We're growing our team following a new contract win, and we're looking for qualified Electricians to join us delivering kitchen and bathroom works across Dundee and Angus. This is a permanent, field-based role where you'll work in residents' homes, carrying out electrical installations, repairs, fault finding, inspection and testing. You'll have the support of a well-established team, while working independently across your local area.

Role Responsibilities

• Electrical installations, repairs and maintenance • Fault finding and diagnosing electrical issues • Inspection and testing of electrical installations • Consumer unit changes • First and second fix electrical work • Replacing sockets, switches, extractor fans, lights and other electrical accessories • Electrical work associated with kitchen and bathroom refurbishments • Ensuring all work is completed safely, professionally and to the required standards

Key Criteria:

• City & Guilds / Level 3 electrical installations, including AM2 • Inspection and Testing 2391 or equivalent (2394/2395) • Experience working within social housing • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Full UK driving licence
