About this roleWe are looking for a Nordic Marketing Manager to drive marketing impact across Denmark, Norway and Sweden.

The Nordics are Planday’s most established markets, with strong brand recognition and a mature customer base. This role focuses on maintaining market leadership, driving new pipeline and strengthening engagement across the customer base.

Working closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product Marketing and the wider marketing team, you will own regional marketing activation and ensure we implement local first marketing programmes that translate to impact.

You will be the primary marketing partner for the Nordic commercial teams, helping connect marketing strategy to regional revenue outcomes.

Driving pipeline growth across priority verticals

Developing and executing regional marketing programmes that support sales success

Increasing demand and engagement in mature markets

Ensuring global campaigns resonate with Nordic audiences

Creation of Nordic first campaigns

Building strong industry presence and market relationships

What you’ll doRegional Market Activation

Own and execute marketing activation across the Nordic region, delivering integrated campaigns that increase awareness, engagement and demand for Planday.

Channels may include events, digital campaigns, partnerships, PR, industry sponsorships and content marketing.

Demand Generation and Pipeline Support

Drive demand through regional marketing initiatives that generate qualified leads and support sales pipeline growth.

Partner closely with the wider marketing team to ensure performance marketing, lifecycle campaigns and inbound programmes deliver strong regional outcomes.

Sales Partnership

Act as the primary marketing partner for Nordic Sales leadership, aligning marketing programmes with commercial priorities, key accounts and priority verticals.

Support sales outbound strategies and provide marketing support for strategic opportunities.

Work closely with the wider marketing team to adapt global content & campaigns campaigns, messaging and content for the Nordic markets.

Ensure marketing activity reflects regional customer needs, language and market dynamics.

Events and Industry Engagement

Plan and execute regional events, webinars and industry initiatives that strengthen Planday’s brand presence and support lead generation.

Build relationships within key industries and communities relevant to Planday’s core verticals.

Feed regional market insights and campaign learnings back to the central marketing team.

Track and analyse campaign performance and regional marketing impact.

Use insights to continuously optimise marketing activity and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

What you’ll bring with youExperience: 7+ years experience in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS or technology

Strategic mindset: Strong ability to translate business goals into actionable regional strategies and measurable outcomes.

Executional excellence: Proven track record in running successful co-marketing and affiliate programs from concept to analysis.

Collaboration: Skilled at influencing and aligning cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Partnerships, RevOps).

Data-driven: Confident in using data and insights to inform decisions, optimize campaigns, and communicate results.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and partners.

Local language capability ideally e.g. Danish or Norwegian.

Tools: Familiarity with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (SFMC/HubSpot), affiliate software, and analytics tools.

Mindset: Self-starter with strong ownership, adaptability, and curiosity to test and learn in a fast-paced environment.
