M&M’S New York is currently seeking Seasonal Part Time Associates for the 2026 Holiday Season! This position will be from September 2026 to January 2027 with the potential to become a permanent associate based on performance and business need.
This position pays $20.20 per hour.
Candidates ages 18 or older eligible for this position.
Job Overview: Our Seasonal Retail Associates will be trained in all areas of the sales floor and will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience for our Guests, whether in a character, character buddy, cashier, selling, or merchandising position. This customer-facing role requires positivity, product knowledge and determination to create an unforgettable customer experience. Job Requirements and Qualifications
• Must be excited to SMILE and work in a fun, fast-paced environment to make every interaction a positively unforgettable experience for our guests while driving daily sales and metrics. • Must have authorization to work in the U.S. • Must be 18 years old to apply • 1-2 years of previous retail experience required. • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers • Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities • Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety, food handling, Quality, Loss Prevention and Emergency procedures • Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
