Your Purpose and Impact at Mars In this position, you will lead the daily Order to Cash (O2C) operations for LATAM, playing a fundamental role in supervising our talented team. You will operate in a dynamic, regional environment where you will have the autonomy to optimize processes, manage key relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, and ensure our operations are executed with accuracy and efficiency, driving a culture of continuous improvement and growth.

What are we looking for?

Essential Requirements (What is indispensable to start):

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Relevant professional experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, or related Finance operations.

• Previous experience supervising, coordinating, or leading teams, preferably in a regional or shared services environment.

• Strong working knowledge of SAP and Order to Cash processes.

• Demonstrated experience with process improvement, standardization, or automation initiatives.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent or advanced English and Spanish.

Desirable Requirements (These will be considered differentiators, but you can learn with us):

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and digital tools like Power BI or RPA.

• Experience in finance transformation or migration projects.

• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).

• Portuguese language skills.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Collaborate actively with cross-functional teams like Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to improve the end-to-end customer experience.

• Supervise and support the O2C team, providing guidance, coaching, and workload prioritization.

• Drive standardization and continuous improvement across all O2C processes for the LATAM region.

• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.

• Act as a key point of contact for escalations, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
