Job Description:
Key responsibilities: 1.Mars standard and regulation compliance for sensory, physical & chemical testing. 2.Ensure daily sensory, physical & chemical tests for FG release etc. 3.Maintain sensory, physical & chemical test method and lab management process. 4.Maintain test device for ensuring functional reliability. 5.Non-conformance results communication to Q&FS team. 6.Lead PT test and provide training to lab team. Nice to have 1.Quality and food safety management knowledge 2.Food industry working experience
