About this role
Product Implementation Assistant Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of new products, product enhancements, and strategic initiatives. This role partners closely with Product Development, Pricing, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure that business requirements are translated into effective operational and system solutions, delivered on time and with high quality.
You will play a key role in requirement analysis, product documentation, system implementation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), launch readiness, and post-implementation support. The role provides broad exposure across product development and delivery processes, offering opportunities to build deep expertise in life insurance products, business processes, and technology-enabled solutions.
Position Responsibilities
• Support end-to-end product implementation activities for new products, product enhancements, and strategic business initiatives to ensure timely and quality delivery. • Review and coordinate product specifications, business requirements, and implementation documentation to ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood by relevant stakeholders. • Facilitate stakeholder discussions, requirement clarifications, and implementation planning activities to support successful project delivery. • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business users and technology teams, ensuring appropriate participation, issue resolution, and business readiness prior to implementation. • Support the preparation and implementation of customer-facing documentation, communication materials, and operational requirements related to product launches. • Monitor implementation progress, identify risks and dependencies, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to support timely resolution. • Support product launch readiness activities to ensure operational, system, training, and communication requirements are completed before launch. • Assist in managing post-launch activities, production issue resolutions, and enhancement initiatives to support business and customer needs.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Insurance, Actuarial Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline. • Minimum 5 years of experience in the life insurance industry, preferably in Product Development, Product Management, Product Implementation, Business Analysis, Project Management, or related functions. • Good understanding of life insurance products, operational processes, and system implementation lifecycle. • Experience working with cross-functional teams across business and technology functions. • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment. • Self-motivated, collaborative, and proactive in driving outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in life insurance product implementation, policy administration systems, or digital transformation initiatives. • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across Product, Technology, Operations functions. • Experience working with Agile, SDLC, Business Analysis, or Project Management methodologies.
