Outbound Admin - managing order process in SCE & communicate with CooperVision Customer Service Team & TMS Planner for order fulfilments. Trouble shoot issue arise resolve within customer process and Maersk capacity. Maintain complete & accurate record for customer retrieval & their audit.
Return Admin - managing return of goods according to CooperVision category Pure & Exchange. Work with CooperVision Logistic PIC & Customer Service. Trouble shoot issue arise resolve within customer process and Maersk capacity. Maintain complete & accurate record for customer retrieval & their audit.
