About this role
• Execute routine and non-routine chemical analyses using instrumental techniques such as HPLC, GC, ICP, UV-Vis, and titration systems • Support method development, optimization, and partial validation under supervision of senior staff • Ensure accuracy and integrity of analytical data, following GMP/GLP and internal quality systems • Investigate deviations, out-of-specification (OOS) results, and analytical issues using structured problem-solving approaches • Prepare samples, manage testing workflows, and maintain complete and traceable laboratory documentation • Support manufacturing and quality teams with analytical data for batch release, stability, and process control • Perform basic troubleshooting and first-level maintenance of analytical equipment • Collaborate with R&D and technical teams in application testing and product evaluation • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (efficiency, method robustness, lab organization) • Prepare clear analytical reports and communicate results to internal stakeholders •
